How important is the relation of the brain to language, that is how each language pulsates a different area of ​​the same. Otherwise, as a consequence of this we find those nations anchored in history as it might well be the case of Greece and Macedonia (in a dispute outside a modern European context), and otherwise of the nations anchored in the science as it is the case of North Korea, in such a way that always the exalted thing of advancing together science with conscience (of the moral).
