Estuvimos unos días visitando la preciosa localidad de Ríofrio lugar en el cual toda vez en la venta del " León rojo " degustamos unas truchas,de tal suerte que antes de notificar la comanda Fangoria nos quiso decir:
- Es importante advertir que importancia le concede este pescado al aceite de Oliva de tal suerte que muy bien pudiéramos inferir:
( a.) Horario de la ingesta.
( b.) Omega - 3
( c.) Calidad del aceite.
Si bien Thaureg también quiso intervenir diciendo:
